2. 라이선스

  • 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 어떠한 보증도 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 사용자 책임

3.1 데이터 관리

사용자는 자신의 데이터에 대해 전적인 책임을 집니다:

  • 정기적인 데이터 백업을 권장합니다.
  • 중요한 데이터는 여러 위치에 백업해 두시기 바랍니다.
  • 클라우드 동기화 기능은 편의를 위한 것이며, 유일한 백업 수단으로 의존하지 마세요.

3.2 적법한 사용

사용자는 서비스를 적법한 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다:

  • 불법적인 콘텐츠를 생성하거나 저장하지 마세요.
  • 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 생성하지 마세요.

3.3 계정 보안

Google Drive 동기화를 사용하는 경우:

  • Google 계정 보안을 유지할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
  • 인증 정보를 타인과 공유하지 마세요.
  • 공용 컴퓨터에서 사용 시 로그아웃하세요.

4. Google Drive 연동

4.1 접근 권한

Google Drive 동기화 기능을 사용하면 앱은 다음 권한을 요청합니다:

  • drive.file: 앱이 생성한 파일에만 접근
  • email: 연결된 계정 표시용
  • profile: 계정 이름 표시용

4.2 데이터 저장

동기화된 데이터는 사용자 본인의 Google Drive에 저장됩니다. 당사는 사용자의 데이터에 접근하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

4.3 권한 취소

언제든지 Google 계정 설정에서 앱의 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다.

5. 면책조항

5.1 보증의 부인

서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. 당사는 다음을 보증하지 않습니다:

  • 서비스가 중단 없이 제공될 것
  • 서비스에 오류가 없을 것
  • 서비스가 특정 목적에 적합할 것

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wiki Studio Pro software ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Wiki Studio Pro is a free, open-source desktop application for creating and managing personal wiki documents.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Data Management

You are fully responsible for your own data:

  • Cloud sync is for convenience; do not rely on it as your only backup.

3.2 Lawful Use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes:

When using Google Drive sync:

  • You are responsible for maintaining your Google account security.

4. Google Drive Integration

4.1 Access Permissions

When using Google Drive sync, the app requests the following permissions:

  • drive.file: Access only to files created by the app
  • email: To display the connected account
  • profile: To display the account name

4.2 Data Storage

Synced data is stored in your own Google Drive account. We do not access or store your data.

4.3 Revoking Access

You can revoke the app's access at any time in your Google Account settings.

5. Disclaimers

Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
